1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using BSV ("the Service"), operated by Actvox LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BSV is an AI-powered platform for personal development and self-knowledge. The Service provides access to AI agents (Mirror, Mr. Spark, Interview) that assist users in self-reflection and personal growth. The Service is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
The Service offers a free start and paid subscription plans (Basic, Middle, Unlimited) with different monthly message limits; the Unlimited plan has a fair-use review above 500 messages a month. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. If you have never subscribed or had a trial, a paid plan can start with a 14-day free trial, capped at 20 messages, that turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. A trial is offered once per account, and a checkout with a promotion code starts without one. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
One-time purchases, such as the full Self Discovery Report or a gift, are charged once. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Message limits reset monthly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract AI models or proprietary systems
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended interface
- Transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content
- Circumvent message limits or usage restrictions
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, AI agents, prompts, and developmental framework, is the intellectual property of Actvox LLC. You retain ownership of the content you submit. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use and may not be redistributed commercially without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic tool and should not be relied upon as such.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Actvox LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Affiliate Program
This section applies only to people who join the BSV affiliate program through our affiliate platform at affiliates.basaev.com. It does not change these Terms for anyone else.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. One affiliate account is allowed per person or organization. We may decline, suspend or remove any affiliate at our discretion.
Commission
You earn 30% of every qualifying payment made by a customer you referred. A qualifying payment is one that is settled and not refunded. Commission is earned on payments made during the 12 months after that customer's first payment and stops afterwards. If a payment from that customer is refunded in full, we may end the referral, and that customer's later payments then earn no commission. Signups and clicks alone earn nothing. The rate is the same for every affiliate.
Attribution
A referral is credited to the affiliate whose link the visitor followed most recently, if they register within 30 days of the visit that stored that affiliate's referral code; visiting through the same link again while the code is stored does not restart the 30 days. When someone arrives through your link, we store your referral code in a first-party cookie on our own domain and attach it to their account if they register. An account is attributed once; a later click does not move it to another affiliate. Self-referrals earn nothing, including purchases by you and accounts created to claim your own commission.
How you may promote BSV
You may not bid on “BSV”, “Basaev”, “basaev.com” or close variants and misspellings in paid search or paid social, use our trademarks in ad copy or display URLs, or link ads directly to our domains. Also prohibited: cookie stuffing, forced clicks, typosquatting, fake coupon or discount pages, unsolicited email or messages, impersonating us or implying an official partnership, and claims about the Service, its pricing or its results that we do not make ourselves.
Refunds and payouts
We may reverse a commission if the underlying payment is refunded or charged back. Commissions are paid monthly through our affiliate platform once your balance reaches its minimum payout threshold. You are responsible for valid payout details, for your own taxes and for fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Changes and termination
We will give 30 days' notice before changing the commission rate. Commissions already earned are paid at the rate in force when they were earned. Either party may end participation at any time. A breach of this section forfeits commissions on the affected referrals.
