By accessing or using Basaev ("the Service"), operated by Actvox LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Basaev is an AI-powered platform for personal development and self-knowledge. The Service provides access to AI agents (Mirror, Guru, Diagnostic) that assist users in self-reflection and personal growth. The Service is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

The Service offers subscription plans (Free, Pro, Ultra, Unlimited) with varying token limits. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Token limits reset monthly and daily according to your plan.

The Service, including its design, AI agents, prompts, and developmental framework, is the intellectual property of Actvox LLC. You retain ownership of the content you submit. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use and may not be redistributed commercially without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic tool and should not be relied upon as such.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Actvox LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
